I have to say that my arms are probably my favorite body part. They are the first thing I noticed getting sculpted when I started lifting weights, and they continue to amaze me.
What is even more amazing is I started seeing some great results before I even went to the gym! I was shocked at how great of a workout I was getting right at home.
I share most of my workouts with you guys because I want you all to have the opportunity to reach your goals and feel beautiful in your own skin.
I want you to have a hard time choosing what your favorite body part is, not because you hate them all, but because you can’t decide which on you like better!
Below is a great upper body workout you can knock out in under 45 minutes!
If you have any questions about any of my workouts, feel free to email me.
CIRCUIT ONE
10 (each leg) Reverse Lunge with front knee raise + hammer curl
15 Lat side raise
30 sec Side to side plank dips
(4x)
CIRCUIT TWO
Mountain climbers (10) + push- ups (10) ( this is my secret weapon for sexy arms and back. One of my favorite supersets.)
15 overhead tricep extension
15 Plie squat with punches
(4x)
CIRCUIT THREE
12 Spidermans
15 kettlebell sumo high pull
30 sec plank scissors
(4x)
I did four minutes of cardio after each circuit because I like pain, apparently. 🙂
Have a great day!
Question:
What is your favorite body part?
Why?!
I am not sure if I have a favorite body part. But I love any exercise that involves core work. PS…I love side to side plank dips.
I love working my core too because it’s one of my weaker areas, so I really feel it!
Love this! I’d have to say my favorite part is my abs I guess? I like working abs because I can just sit on my butt and feel the burn ! lol

Haha good reason! I like working my abs too because mine are so weak, so I really feel it!
Thanks for the videos 🙂 This definitelyyyy looks like a workout I’d enjoy. My arms are (or were….until I stopped working out) one of the first things I noticed to get toned as well, which made me love them!! Excited to tone them again (hopefully soon!) I also like my abs which I don’t really have at alllll but I love the feeling after a good ab workout because for that moment, I have abs haha and it’s great!
In the same way about my abs-mine are weak, so I feel really strong after working them! I’m sure your arms will tone back up quickly thanks to good ole muscle memory! 🙂
I love arms! They are what people notice in the summer, and keep me strong for everyday’s work. Plus it helps with my wake boarding 🙂
I bet! You must have some rockin’ arms with wake boarding as a hobby! It’s definitely the fist thing people notice when you are wearing something sleeveless. People started telling me I looked so skinny, but really I had just gained muscle! Funny how that works.. .:)
Oh I know! It is so funny, but I have to agree. If your arms are toned it makes a huge difference.
i looooove me some bro workouts!!! i’d say my arms are also my favorite part and these days, my core because i work that bitch like nobody’s bidness! i have recently been doing a lot more workouts with just a 25lbs plate and i do functional exercises with just that plate. i love it and it’s awesome (got the workouts from Oxygen magazine)
Bro workouts! That’s so funny! I’ve been using 25lb plates for some of my leg workouts and love it. I have been sore for over a week now, so I am starting to think I need to take a few days off and do nothing, but that is SO hard to do!
This is awesome!! Thanks for always sharing your workouts and for the videos… we appreciate it 🙂 I am going to have to agree with you on my favorite body part being my arms too. I used to HATE my arms (I thought I had man shoulders) but now am embracing them and how they have changed.
No problem! I think sometimes our least favorite body parts become our favorite because we take the time to really work on them and embrace them!
Great workout! I’d say my arms are the least worked-out part of my body. My legs and butt are my favorites cause they’re the most toned!
I have always had some junk in the trunk, so I have to work really hard to get my butt tones, so you are lucky!
This looks awesome! I spent years completely avoiding all upper body work but the past few years I’ve discovered how much I really like working my arms!!!
I was the same way! I was so afraid I was going to look manly.. That’s funny! 🙂
Haha, you like pain, apparently!
These are the best kinds of workouts! Though I rarely do these movements lately, I do LOVE them! Especially mountain climbers. Those will get ya!!
Well you have been pretty pre- occupied! Mountain climbers are the worst/ best! 🙂
Love this!! I think I’m actually gonna give it a go on Friday morning 🙂 Those plank dips are a really good move. I call them cinchers!
Plank dips are the best!! I like that name! 🙂
I’m loving these videos Heather!!! Fav body part? Gotta be my booty. I wear it loud and proud!
haha Get it girl!
Hmm…well I’m starting to like my legs! But before that, I would have had to go with my boobs! I’m going to try this arm workout though because I really want to increase my strength (like I tell you in every comment. Promise this is the last time haha).
I wish my boobs could be my favorite body part, but after nursing Joseph for a year, they will never be the same.. 🙂 Haha I love hearing about your goal to strengthen you arms, and I have no doubt you will get there!
I love my booty! Haha, when I was a teenager, I hated the fact that I had a pear-shaped body because my butt always looked “big”. But, after I started working out, I realized how strong my legs were and that felt amazing!
Girl I have always had some junk in my trunk and I used to be self- conscious about it too. I would think that it made me look fat, now I just shake my head at the 17 year old me.. 🙂
This looks like a great workout! Definitely doing this on my next upper body day. I’m with you, I’m learning I like pain. 🙂 My favorite body part…hmmm…I’d probably have to say my legs? They aren’t the most toned, but are long…and by long I mean disproportionate ;)…so I was able to get away with not doing many leg workouts for a long time. Until now. Now we are working on that toning thing a little more! Haha
Girl, if by disproportionate you mean you look like a model, than yes, yes they are! 🙂 I am sure dancing all the time helped with keeping them pretty toned, though!
You are too kind, my friend. 😉 Dancing did help A LOT..which is why I had to start actually doing leg workouts recently! P.S. I did this workout this morning and it was great! Thanks!
I do love arms too! 🙂 My arms get sculpted the fastest and my arms help me out in every capacity. That being said, I do love my legs so much too because I mean, without them, I wouldn’t be able to walk!! I just give myself a HUGE HUG every day! lol
I love it girl! I like my legs too because they have always been so strong, but I used to think they were bulky! My teenage self was a little crazy.. 🙂
Like you, my arms were where I noticed the first change so they are definitely my favorite. But in terms of training, I prefer core.
This looks like a great workout – definitely pinning!
I love training my core to because it is so weak, so I really feel the burn! 🙂 I hope you enjoy it!
Looks like a great workout!! I love training my back and shoulders, don’t know why I think I just feel the strongest with those exercises. But I think I noticed my arms toning up first when I first got serious with weights 🙂
I think when Your shoulders get toned, it really makes your arms look good, and I LOVE toned backs!
