My favorite body part, and a workout that keeps them at the top of the list.

I have to say that my arms are probably my favorite body part. They are the first thing I noticed getting sculpted when I started lifting weights, and they continue to amaze me.

What is even more amazing is I started seeing some great results before I even went to the gym! I was shocked at how great of a workout I was getting right at home.

I share most of my workouts with you guys because I want you all to have the opportunity to reach your goals and feel beautiful in your own skin.

I want you to have a hard time choosing what your favorite body part is, not because you hate them all, but because you can’t decide which on you like better!

Below is a great upper body workout you can knock out in under 45 minutes!

If you have any questions about any of my workouts, feel free to email me.

holiday dress arms and back

CIRCUIT ONE

10 (each leg) Reverse Lunge with front knee raise + hammer curl

15 Lat side raise

30 sec Side to side plank dips

(4x)

CIRCUIT TWO

Mountain climbers (10) + push- ups (10) ( this is my secret weapon for sexy arms and back. One of my favorite supersets.)

15 overhead tricep extension

15 Plie squat with punches

(4x)

CIRCUIT THREE

12 Spidermans

15 kettlebell sumo high pull

30 sec plank scissors

(4x)

I did four minutes of cardio after each circuit because I like pain, apparently. 🙂

Have a great day!

Question:

What is your favorite body part?

Why?!

  1. Thanks for the videos 🙂 This definitelyyyy looks like a workout I’d enjoy. My arms are (or were….until I stopped working out) one of the first things I noticed to get toned as well, which made me love them!! Excited to tone them again (hopefully soon!) I also like my abs which I don’t really have at alllll but I love the feeling after a good ab workout because for that moment, I have abs haha and it’s great!

  2. i looooove me some bro workouts!!! i’d say my arms are also my favorite part and these days, my core because i work that bitch like nobody’s bidness! i have recently been doing a lot more workouts with just a 25lbs plate and i do functional exercises with just that plate. i love it and it’s awesome (got the workouts from Oxygen magazine)

  3. This is awesome!! Thanks for always sharing your workouts and for the videos… we appreciate it 🙂 I am going to have to agree with you on my favorite body part being my arms too. I used to HATE my arms (I thought I had man shoulders) but now am embracing them and how they have changed.

  4. Haha, you like pain, apparently!
These are the best kinds of workouts! Though I rarely do these movements lately, I do LOVE them! Especially mountain climbers. Those will get ya!!

  5. Hmm…well I’m starting to like my legs! But before that, I would have had to go with my boobs! I’m going to try this arm workout though because I really want to increase my strength (like I tell you in every comment. Promise this is the last time haha).

  6. I love my booty! Haha, when I was a teenager, I hated the fact that I had a pear-shaped body because my butt always looked “big”. But, after I started working out, I realized how strong my legs were and that felt amazing!

  7. This looks like a great workout! Definitely doing this on my next upper body day. I’m with you, I’m learning I like pain. 🙂 My favorite body part…hmmm…I’d probably have to say my legs? They aren’t the most toned, but are long…and by long I mean disproportionate ;)…so I was able to get away with not doing many leg workouts for a long time. Until now. Now we are working on that toning thing a little more! Haha

  8. I do love arms too! 🙂 My arms get sculpted the fastest and my arms help me out in every capacity. That being said, I do love my legs so much too because I mean, without them, I wouldn’t be able to walk!! I just give myself a HUGE HUG every day! lol
