No- running cardio workout you can take anywhere.

Hey guys,

I hope this week is going great for everyone!

My exercise routine has been pretty much the same for awhile now. I do two upper body, two lower body  and one or two abs + cardio workouts a week. This works for me so I don’t mess with it. I change up the workouts themselves, but not this.

Yesterday was a cardio day and I was going to do Christa’s treadmill cardio remix  (which is great by the way!), but couldn’t make it to the gym, so created a HIIT running- free workout. It was a lot of fun and by the end I was on the floor from exhaustion. I did a few ab exercises in a circuit afterward.

The holidays are here and that means all kinds of traveling, but you can do this workout anywhere so there is no excuse to not get in some exercise!

*You will do each of the exercises as a tabata: 20 sec on, 10 sec off for 4 min

*After completing each exercise as a tabata, take a 30- 60 sec break and perform each exercise as a 1/2 tabata: 20 sec on, 10 sec off for 2 min.

BURPEES

PLYO CURTSY LUNGE

PLANK JACKS

SQUAT JUMPS
