I hope everyone is having a great week! I just wanted to drop in today with a new lower body workout!
I did this yesterday and it really got my heart pumping, along with keeping me entertained! It took me a little over 30 minutes to do it- Joseph was still snoozing so I was able to get an extra long stretch sesh in and it felt great. The Lower Body Tabata Burpee Madness workout left me SORE last week and I was ready to give my legs some extra TLC.
Without further ado:
Baby J and I have been hitting the playground everyday lately. He really loves swinging and watching the other kids play.
