Hi everyone! I hope you guys had a wonderful weekend and are ready to fight off the Monday blues with the serious 1000 rep leg and core challenge.
I have been on a little bit of a hiatus from exercising because I have had the crud and I have been trying to gain a few pounds. Moving around constantly with Joseph and him being strickly breastfed has taken somewhat of a toll on my body and made me lose a little more weight than I feel comfortable with. Now that I am back at a healthy weight and am feeling healthy I had to get back to the grind!
This was extremely challanging for me, but I know it was partly because I haven’t worked out in two weeks.
Do as much as you can and make modifications as needed.
